Enrollment Fee
$150 (non-refundable), PLUS 1 month’s tuition (May 2027) are due at the time of enrollment. 

Before Care will begin after Labor Day. This is a convenient "as needed" option that is billed by the 1/2 hour or hour based on the amount of time that your child needs care. Before Care hours are from 8am - 9am, Monday - Thursday and are available for all children. Rates for Before Care are $12/hour or $6 for each 1/2 hour. To sign up for Before Care, a link will be emailed to you 1 month prior to the month that you need care. Your Before Care total will be added to your Brightwheel account and paid with your monthly tuition.

Financial Policy
If cancellation becomes necessary before June 15, 1/2 of your tuition will be returned to you.  Enrollment fee ($150) is non-refundable.
After June 15, NO REFUNDS will be made. Once enrolled, a 30 day paid notice is required for dis-enrollment from the program. 

Late Tuition
If tuition is not received by the 5th of the month, a $25 late fee will be automatically applied to your account. If monthly tuition is 2 months delinquent, your account must be paid in full for your child to attend.

Ratio 
Ward Parkway Preschool has two lead teachers in each classroom, with a staff ratio as follows:
2 yrs 9 months – 3 yrs | 1 staff : 7 children
3 yrs – 4 yrs | 1 staff :  8 children
4 yrs – 5 yrs | 1 staff :  9 children

Ward Parkway Preschool is not equipped or specifically trained to accommodate all children with special needs. However, we welcome the opportunity to meet with you about your child to determine if WPP is the best fit for your family.
