ENROLLMENT FOR FALL 2024 IS HERE!
We are implementing an online enrollment system this year and this is the first step in this process. The initial form needed for enrolling your child(ren) can be found by clicking the link below. Please submit one form for each child you would like to enroll. After submitting this initial form, we will communicate with you regarding class placement and the next steps to complete your enrollment.

Enrollment Policies:
…For currently enrolled children and Ward Parkway Church Members
Fill out the online form at the link above and submit it anytime prior to your enrollment date. The enrollment date for currently enrolled families and Ward Parkway Church Members is February 6th. ALL current tuition, and Before/After Care, must be paid in full BEFORE your enrollment is accepted. You may stop by the office if you have any questions about your account.
Please mark a first and second classroom/schedule choice for each child you are enrolling. Our hope is that ALL families will be granted their first choice. However, in the event that there are too many children wanting to enroll in a specific class/schedule, priority will be given based on the following guidelines:
First priority will be given to any child repeating the same age group.
Second priority will be given based on your seniority. Your seniority date is the year that your FIRST CHILD started attending Ward Parkway Preschool.
Third priority will be given based on whether you are enrolling siblings in the program and are trying to coordinate days and schedules.
In the event that multiple families have the same seniority date, preference will be given to any child who’s parents attended Ward Parkway Preschool.
We will communicate class placement via email and use Brightwheel to request payment for your enrollment fee and May ‘25 tuition. We will also send you a link to additional forms that you will need to fill out. Once you receive the link for your additional forms, you will have 48 hours to submit them and make your payment to secure your enrollment.
…for returning Ward Parkway Preschool Families and ALumni Parents
Fill out the online form at the link above and submit it anytime prior to your enrollment date. The enrollment date for returning families is February 13th.

A blind drawing will be held if there are too many families wanting the same class schedule.

Ward Parkway Preschool uses Brightwheel as our school software to communicate with you, send pictures of your child throughout the day, and collect tuition payments. We will use Brightwheel to request payment for your enrollment fee and May ‘25 tuition. We will also send you a link to additional forms that you will need to fill out. Once you receive the link for your additional forms, you will have 48 hours to submit them and make your payment to secure your enrollment.
Please know that enrollment is NOT based on “first-come, first-serve”, so please submit your enrollment form at a time that is convenient for you anytime before February 14th.
