All forms needed for enrollment may be downloaded and printed off. Enrollment Policies for Ward Parkway Church Members

Completely fill out your forms (including zip codes, area codes and 2 emergency contacts) and bring them to the Preschool Office with your May ’18 tuition and $75 enrollment fee during the enrollment period.  The enrollment period for Ward Parkway Church Members is from Sunday, January 29th through Monday, January 30th.  (If you bring in your enrollment information on a Sunday, you may leave it in the Preschool Mailbox located in the Church Office.)

ALL current tuition, and Before/After Care, must be paid in full BEFORE your enrollment is accepted. You may stop by the office if you have any questions about your account.

At the conclusion of the enrollment period, we will post the enrollment in the Preschool office.

Enrollment Policies for Current & Returning Ward Parkway Preschool Families

Completely fill out your forms (including zip codes, area codes and 2 emergency contacts) and bring them to the Preschool Office with your May ’18 tuition and $75 enrollment fee during the enrollment period. (When figuring your May ’18 tuition, please figure it based on your first choice option.)  The enrollment period for currently enrolled and returning families for the ’17-’18 school year will begin at 9:00am Monday, February 6th and run through 2:30pm on Tuesday, February 7th. Enrollment is NOT based on “first-come, first-serve” so please just bring in your forms during the enrollment period.

ALL current tuition, and Before/After Care, must be paid in full BEFORE your enrollment is accepted.  You may stop by the office if you have any questions about your account.

Please mark a first and second classroom/schedule choice for each child you are enrolling. Our hope is that ALL families will be granted their first choice. However, in the event that there are too many children wanting to enroll in a specific class/schedule, priority will be given based on the following guidelines:

  • First priority will be given to any child repeating Pre-K.
  • Second priority will be given based on the year your family first started attending Ward Parkway Preschool (this includes parents who also attended Ward Parkway Preschool as a child).
  • Third priority will be given based on whether you are enrolling siblings in the program and are trying to coordinate days and schedules.

In the event that multiple families have the same seniority date, preference will be given by a “blind drawing”.

At the conclusion of the enrollment period, we will process the enrollment forms. The class lists will be posted in the preschool office late in the day on Thursday, February 9th.
